Last updated: April 2026 Where we ship LumiClean ships to the United Kingdom and the United States. Processing time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days • United States: 5–7 business days Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays, public holidays, or courier disruptions. Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery. 

Customs & duties (US orders) International orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
