RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

If something isn't right, we're here to help. Exchanges We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery. If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will exchange it for a replacement at no cost to you. To request an exchange: 1. Email us through the 'Contact Us' form within 30 days of receiving your order 2. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue 3. Where relevant, please attach a photo of the item 4. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps Conditions for exchange • Items must be unused and in their original packaging (for non-faulty returns) • Exchanges for faulty or damaged items are accepted regardless of condition • We do not offer cash refunds except where required by law UK customers If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights are not affected by this policy. Return postage For exchanges due to fault or damage, LumiClean will cover return postage costs. We will provide a prepaid label upon approval of your exchange request.
